Welcome to EMERGING ERA Communication and Consulting. I’m Erin R. Anderson, and I'm a communications specialist, writer, and creative thinker with a passion for helping brands, businesses, and causes develop their identity, find their voice and connect to their audience with messages that move.​

I have a passion for all things communication—how messages inform, shape perception, build trust, and inspire people to act. That passion led me to earn a B.A. in Communications from Howard University, where I studied journalism, screenwriting, and media production; and, more recently, a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California, where I focused on marketing, public relations, and strategic corporate communication. I gained years of experience with internal communication while working in management for a corporate beauty and wellness franchise.

This site began as my graduate portfolio, but it now reflects the next chapter: my independent communications practice. I offer integrated communications, copywriting, and content development for clients who aim to connect to their audiences with authenticity and impact.
